Saves a Blob as a file by clicking a temporary, invisible anchor pointing
at an object URL for it, then revoking that URL.
Ported from luv-autoq-frontend. The same anchor-click-and-revoke sub-routine
is hand-rolled again inside data-sheet-portal's useAuthenticatedFileDownload
composable (which additionally fetches the blob via an authenticated
request) - that composable should call this instead of repeating the DOM
dance itself.
